• Please uninstall all the Easy CD Ripper on your PC and then reinstall the latest version 2.25 from our website http://www.8to32.com .
• Run the program and click Help in the menu of our software.
• Choose Register. Please type the Reg-Email into the first box and copy and paste the reg-code into the second box. But don't type them by your hand.
  

Can not convert WMA9?

• Please click WMA9 this option when you install our program so that the program can convert wma files.

External 8000 Error.

• Maybe you can install ASPI CDReader when you install this software, and than run this software and choose [options] -> CDROM -> ASPI CDReader. This will resolve this.
• Because your CDROM not on SCSI or ATAPI, so WINNT's Native Access can't support it, but you can use ASPI layer to resolve this.
